8. d. Lucio. A kalocsai káptalan tanúsítja, hogy Perényi Imre nádor parancsa értelmében as székesfehérvári keresztes konventtel szemben eskü letételre kötelezett Rewel Balázs, Waska István, Kewles Albert, és Nagh Lukács Fayz-i nemesek nem jelentek meg a kitűzött napon, december 13-án, hogy harmadmagukkal (összesen tizenkettedmagukkal) esküvel tisztázzák magukat a keresztesek vádja alól.
