Fejér megye jelenti, hogy a székesfehérvári keresztes konvent panaszára Weleg-i Gaspar szolgabíró vizsgálatot tartott szeptember 8-án és megtudta, hogy a Chathka-i remeték népei a keresztesek Bodayth-i jobbágyainak sertéseit elhajtották Pagymothy allodiumukra és az azokat visszakövetelő jobbágyokat Kees Mátyást és Zeerdely Lukácsot bezárták, az állatok egyrészét leölték. - Gregorius Erdews de Thatharfalwa et Martinus Porkolab de Zenthpeter vicecomites comitatus Albensis. - Hátlapjára nyomott gyűrűspecsétek töredéke. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Érszegi).
