A budai káptalan jelenti, hogy Gwth-i János keresztes praeceptor a maga és a székesfehérvári keresztes konvent nevében eltiltja Antal egri őrkanonokot, Josa testvérét és Thymar-i Simon fia Antal nevű rokonát Thymar birtokba való beiktatástól. Papír. Hátlapján ovális pecsét nyoma. BUDAI KÁPTALAN
