Zekel Tamás vránai perjel panaszára Kweznye-i Miklós szolgabíró julius 1-én vizsgálatot tartva megállapította, hogy Zsigmond szekszárdi apát Kysbach-i jobbágyai a Malancha-i szőlőhegyen dolgozó Varasd-on lakó Wayda Orbánt, a perjel jobbágyát ugy megverték, hogy szőlőjét művelni nem tudta. - Felül csonka. - Hátlapján öt gyűrűspecsét töredéke. - Petrus Zerechen de (Mezthegnew), Franciscus de Bersen, Paulus Vasady de Zenthdemeter vicecomites, Blasius de Dorogh, Emericus Thyburch de Hene, Blasius de Gyalay, Nicolaus de Kweznye iudices nobilum comitatus Tolnensis.
