László király meghagyja a veszprémi káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember Perechke-i Nemes Jakab fiát: Bálintot, Perechke-i Lőrinc fiát: Pétert, s ”sororius”-ukat, Thard-i Pál fiát: Gergelyt királyi új adomány címén bevezesse a veszprémmegyei Perechke birtokban levő részek és a bennük esetleg lappangó királyi jog birtokába.
