A pannonhalmi konvent bizonyságlevele arról az osztályról, melyet előtte Kysfys-i János fia: Tamás és Kysfys-i László fiai: István és László, Maryasy Mihály leszármazói egy részről és a Meger-ben lakó Thoka Imre, néhai Maryasy János örököse más részről, a konvent prediálistái, Nagfys egyharmad részének a felére vonatkozólag létesitettek. Eredeti hártya. Hátlapján kitöredezett rányomott pecsét. PANNONHALMI KONVENT
