Garai László nádor meghagyja Vasmegye hatóságának, hogy tanuvallatással derítse ki az igazságot Mestery-i Literatus Péter, felesége: Nesthe asszony, meg a másik Mestery-i Bálint fia: András, Péter fia: István és név szerint felsorolt társaik alábbi panasza ügyében: Somony-i Sodor György fia: János - név szerint megnevezett felbujtói tanácsára - a panaszos nevezett Literatus Pétert a Jutha-i parochiális templom cintermében kivont karddal megtámadta, megsebezte és ha a plébános segítségére nem sietett volna, megölte volna.
