A győri káptalan bizonyitja, hogy előtte Felpecz-i Domonkos a maga és Azzonfolwa-i Ispan Péter nevében eltiltotta Debrenthe-i Tamást, a pannonhalmi apátság kormányzóját, valamint Mathko-t és ennek testvérét: Pétert, végül Nema-i Balázst a győrmegyei Barka birtok elfoglalásától és annak statuáltatásától.
