Zalamegye bizonyítja, hogy a Kolgyar-i László panaszos kérésére kiküldött szolgabíró tanuvallatással megállapította, hogy a panaszos Kerthusy Zenthpetherben, a Kolgyar-i birtokrészen lakó jobbágyát, Berec fiát: Istvánt, midőn az ura erdejében fát vágott, Kolgyar-i Chazar Jakab megsebesítette, továbbá bárdját is elvette, végül Gerse-i Pethew László két név szerint felvett jobbágyai KurthysyZenthpetherből a panaszos nevezett jobbágyától egy ökröt hajtottak el erőszakosan. - Igen elhalványult irással.
