A budai káptalan jelenti, hogy László királynak Pozsonyban 1453. szeptember 14-én kelt és szószerint átírt parancsára Rozgon-i János tárnokmester fiait: Jánost, Rénoldot, Osvátot és Lőrincet a pestmegyei Chepel szigeten fekvő Gubach birtokba és hozzátartozó Ogwbach, Kormanus, Swroksar pusztákba, valamint Posafaya cserjésbe ellentmondás nélkül bevezette.
