A kapornaki konvent jelenti László királynak, hogy a királyi ember a konventi hites személy jelenlétében az 1454. junius 27.-i parancsában elrendelt tanuvallatással megállapította, hogy a mandátumban szereplő hatalmaskodások megtörténtek. Eredeti, papír, két darabra szakadva. Hátlapján rányomott pecsét helye. KAPORNAKI KONVENT
