Barnabás toplicai apát tanúsítja, és megerősíti azt az adásvételi ügyet, mely Ebres-i Farkasy György és a Berkus nemzetség tagjai közt folyt le s mely szerint utóbbiak eladták 100 forintért előbbiektúl Prethkowina birtokot és Slathyna egyharmadát.
