A pozsonyi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Pozsony város polgársága nevében protestáltak az ellen, hogy bár a város meg volt híva a budai diétára és oda el is akart menni, ezt azonban a Duna mindkét parti áradása és kiöntése miatt nem tudta megcselekedni; amint az út alkalmas lesz, mindjárt megjelennek a diétán.
