Hunyadi János kormányzó bizonyítja, hogy előtte Chws-i Miklós visszavonta és érvénytelenítette azt a kiskorúságában atyja, Sandrin fia: néhai János társaságában az esztergomi káptalan előtt tett bevallását, mellyel akkor hajadon nővérét Margit asszonyt, most Marcus Mihály feleségét az összes javaira vonatkozólag fiusította.
