Györgyi Bodó Gergely erdélyi alvajda meghagyta a kolozsmonostori konventnek, hogy Szentiványi Ferenc panasza tárgyában, mely szerint amikor Szentgyörgyi Barnabás költözködésre jogot kapott, jobbágyát Gerő Bálintot szokás szerint 11 szekéren és 58 ökörrel hozzá költöztette, Toth István és társai rájuk támadtak, többeket megsebesítettek, egyet megöltek és a szekereket ökröstől elvették, - tartson vizsgálatot.
