A csázmai káptalan előtt Sztolnukóci Asztalnok Gergely deák fia Ambrus fia Bálint ujudvari körösmegyei egész birtokát Pongrácóci Melles Dénes fia Istvánnak 40 forintért elzálogosítja. - Az oklevél kelte 1443, de egyrészt nem kelhetett később, mint az átíró oklevél, másrészt az átíró oklevél mondja, hogy az elzálogosítás óta még nem telt el egy év, tehát a helyes évszám 1442.
