Az országnagyok meghagyják a csornai konventnek, hogy Kisfaludi Antal deák özvegye Veronika panasza tárgyában, mely szerimt Linkóháti Benedek kőszegi várnagy a férje Lak, és Csanig birtokán több kárt csinált és amikor Antal a Benedek ellen indított perben a vasvári káptalanba ment, Benedek őt, noha rokona volt, meggyilkolta, Guti Ország Mihály királyi kincstartó pedig előadta,hogy Benedek Kőszeg várát ellenséges kézbe adta, idézze meg Benedeket.
