A szepesi káptalan előtt Doboi Vincló Péter lánya Margit, Polyi Csirke Tamásné minthogy Doboi György fia Balázs, Egyed fia Miklós és Miklós fia Miklós átengedtek neki egy doboi birtokrészt és Pétermezein négy jobbágytelket, nyugtatja őket a neki Dobó, Pétermezeje, Bodólaka és Bozinks birtokokból anyja: Dorottya után járó hitbér és jegyajándék és saját leánynegyede felől. - Ketté szakadt állapotban.- Hátlapján pecsét nyoma.
