Ulászló király meghagyja Pelsőci Vajdafi Imrének, a Kassa elleni hadsereg kapitányának, hogy Kölcsei János borsodmegyei birtokát, Nejket adja vissza, miután Jánosnak, azt hogy a hadából engedély nélkül megszökött, megbocsájtotta és a birtokot visszaadta neki. - Alján papírral fedett pecsét töredéke.
