(quintodecimo die statutionis = in festo Visitationis Virginis, 1437.) A csázmai káptalan jelenti, hogy Zsigmond királynak Znojmban, 1437. május 26-án kelt és szószerint átírt parancsára Lotumberg-i Thorisel Jánost és Grandel Jánost a Varasd megyei Zenthjacab birtokon fekvő részbirtokokba ellentmondás nélkül bevezette.
