A garamszentbenedeki konvent bizonyítja, hogy előtte Chuz-i Sandrinus fia: János és két fia: István és Miklós birtokjogaiknak negyedrészét a komárommegyei Chuz, Jazfalu, Kamacha és Zemere népes falvakban, valamint a név szerint felsorolt prediumokban és halastavakban atyai, illetve testvéri szeretetből örök jogon átadták a nevezett János leányának, illetve fiai édesnővérének: Margit asszonynak, Theryen-i Márkus fia: Mihály feleségének.
