Nursia-i János doktor, jeruzsálemi lovag, Remethe-i Himfiw Franknak, aki a saját javaiból áldozott a hit védelmére a szaracénok, törökök és a hit más ellenségei ellen, azt a jogot adományozza, hogy halála előtt szabadon választhat olyan papot, aki, ha neki őszintén meggyónja bűneit, őt teljes bűnbocsánatban részeltetheti.
