A sági konvent jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy 1434. szeptember 12.-i mandátumának végrehajtásaképpen Nógrád megyében megtartott tanúvallatáson a királyi ember és a vele kiküldött konventi hites személy a kihallgatott tanúk vallomásaiból megállapították, hogy a hatalmaskodások úgy történtek meg, amint azokat a panaszosok előadták.
