A csornai konvent jelenti a nádornak, hogy miután a királyi ember a konventi hites személy jelenlétében Zsigmond király 1434. április 17-i parancsában elrendelt és Sopron megyében megtartott tanúvallatással a mandátumban leírt panaszt igaznak és jogosultnak találta, a hatalmaskodót a panaszosok ellenbéen Jakab apostol nyolcadjára (aug. 1.) a nádor elé perbe hívta.
