Zsigmond király Pechel-i Zarka Miklós fia Zsigmond, Imre fia János, valamint Polyan-i Gáspár panaszára vizsgálat lefolytatására ad megbízást Vas megye hatóságának, minthogy Debrenthe-i Hem Benedek fiai: Basus és László nevezett Zsigmond kúriáját kifosztották és Margit nevű nővérét összes javaival elhurcolták.
