A csázmai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Lypnik-i István fia György és András nevű testvére lypnik-i két elhagyott jobbágyhelyét, valamint 40 holdnyi terjedelmű szántóföldet 24 márkáért elzálogosította Dwrouch-i Pál fiának Magnus Péternek és Erzsébet nevű feleségének, Dwrouch-i Dwr Domonkos leányának.
