Garai Miklós nádor azt a pert, amelyet Wyzola-i Orbán fia, Miklós indított Kolon-i Pethew fia, László leánya, Klara, Lel-i Erne fia, András felesége ellen, bizonyos zálogösszeg kifizetése miatt, minthogy a nyitrai káptalan 1396. évi és Rozgonyi Simon országbíró 1413. szeptember 9-i oklevelei - amelyeket bemutattak - nem voltak döntő erejűek, vízkereszt nyolcadára a királyi kúriába halasztja.
