Harazthi Péter mester, az országbíró bírságbehajtója bizonyítja, hogy amikor Kysherestyeni Imre fia, Miklós kisherestyeni (Bars megyei) birtokát 15 márka erejéig lefoglalta, amelyből kétharmad a bíróságé, egyharmad Kysherestyéni Sepesnek nevezett Lászlót illette, nevezett László a bíróságot illető 10 márkányi értékű birtokrészt magához váltotta.
