Zsigmond király Felsewkobyn-i Gywrke fia Miklós fia: András, testvére: László és név szerint felsorolt ”patruelis”-eik, Felsewkobyn-i Jwthe fia Miklós fia: László és társai bemutatásában és kérésére szóról szóra átírja privilégiális formában és minden tekintetben megerősíti a Lajos király 1361. április 24-én kelt privilégiumát és a Turóci konvent 1355. november 11-i statuciós jelentését.
