A vasvári káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Septei Fabián fia, Domonkos, fia, István, a maga s Osuald nevű testvére nevében septei birtokrészét megosztja János fia, Bálinttal, genchi hospessel, minthogy az oklevelekből meggyőződött, hogy Bálintnak joga van ehhez.
