feria secunda post dominicam Invocavit. Sáros megye hatósága bizonyítja, hogy Erych-i Istvánnak, valamint János, Lőrinc és Miklós nevű fiának, nemkülönben nevezett János Jakab nevű fiának panaszára lefolytatott vizsgálat szerint Rauaz Miklós nevű jobbágyukat Berthould-i Demeter fia, Miklós, Szentkereszt határában véresre verte s elhurcolta.
