A garamszentbenedeki konvent bizonyítja, hogy az a per, amelyet Palasth-i János fia, Pasca, Kwzeptur-i Fülöp fia, László, Dereslen-i Tamás fiai: István és László, Zylwakuz-i Bertalan fia, Mihály és Podhorczan-i Erdews Miklós indítottak Ebedecz-i Lázár gyermekei. Anna és László ellen Ebedecz, Gewderfys, Pwstawalkaz birtoka miatt, választott bírák döntése alapján megegyezéssel végződött.
