Pálóczi Máté országbíró bizonyítja, hogy Cheep-i Mihály fia Literatus Péter a maga, valamint Anna nevű leánya - Hotholm-i László felesége - s ennek Mátyás és Orsolya nevű gyermekei nevében a Komárom megyei Ouos prediumot a Duna melletti halászóhellyel és Kyskezw község két részét 400 forintért eladta Nema-i Kolus Jakab fiának Jeronimusnak.
