Zsigmond király Debrente-i Hym Benedek özvegyének Katalinnak és Tamás, Balázs, László, Imre és János nevű fiainak panaszára vizsgálat lefolytatására ad utasítást az aradi káptalannak, minthogy nevezettek ellen Remethe-i Péter fia István fiai: Imre, László, Miklós és Frank hatalmaskodásokat követtek el: birtokaikat elfoglalták.
