Szepes megye bizonyítja, hogy előtte Bertthold-i Demeter fia: Miklós és Bertthold-i Simon fia János fia: György a Hedrich-i Gergely Sáros Megyéből eltiltottak mindenkit, de különösen a szepesi várhoz tartozó Beherech suburbium és H(arak)olch lakóit Branicha nevű erdőjük vágásától, annak elidegenítésétől és hasznai szedésétől.
