Visegrád. octavo die termini prenotati (otavarum diei Cinerum) 1395. Garai Miklós nádor a Kapoli Pál lánya Klára, Jutasi István fia János felesége által Ugali István fia János és György fia János ellen Csaba, Tab, Buldár, Olcsán, Jula és Csomak birtokrészek miatt indított perben tartalmilag átírva saját 1383. márc. 29. után, Lajos király 1381. (jún. 5. előtt) és fehérvári keresztesek konventje 1381. jún. 13. után, saját 1385. jan. 13. után kelt okleveleit, meghagyja a fehérvári keresztesek konventjének, hogy Ugali György fia Jánost újból idézze meg.
