A nyitrai káptalan előtt Családi Péter fia László a testvére Benedek és Tamás fia László nevében is, valamint Családi János fia Miklós felesége Dorottya a Jakcs fia Andrástól visszaperelt Pográny, Töre és Dencse birtokok miatt folyó perükben kiegyeznek és azt megosztják maguk között.
