Garai Miklós előtt Kátai János a fiai: Péter és Lőrinc és társai nevében is tiltakoznak az ellen, hogy Szalonai Loránd fia István az ő Szentmárton és Beresztolc nevű Pozsega megyei birtokait, melyeket elődei eladtak nekik, Domokos fia Benedeknek el akarja idegeníteni, akit a megszerzéstől tilt el.
