(sexto die termini = in vigilia Nativitatis Johannis, 1380.) A vasvári káptalan jelenti, hogy Garai Miklós nádor parancsára (csak említve!) néhai Valth-i Varda birtokait (Varda, Suram, Kysueph, Kapulnafelde és Valth) nevezett Varda leánya: Valth-i Baksa fia: István özvegye és Varda fia: György fiai: Péter, János és Benedek közt a nádor ítéletének megfelelően felosztotta.
