feria quinta ante festum sancti Ambrosii epi. A pannonhalmi konvent jelenti, hogy Szepesi Jakab országbíró parancsára a vágközi Kezeut 7 részre osztotta, hat részbe Wosi Imre fia Ponya özvegyét és Katalin nevű leányát bevezette, a hetedik részben Sydou János fia Lászlót háborítatlanul meghagyta.
