Szécsi Miklós országbíró meghagyja a somogyi konventnek, hogy újév nyolcadára proclamatio útján idézze meg Haholthi Mihály fia Jánost abban a perben, amelyet ellene Kakonya és Senthtrinitas birtok jogát illetően Kakonyai Literatus Briccius felesége indított, minthogy János ismételt idézésre nem jelent meg.
