Szécsi Miklós országbíró meghagyja a somogyvári konventnek, hogy Szent Márton tizenötödik napjára idézze meg Haholthi Mihály fia Jánost Kakonyai Literatus Briccius feleségével, Erzsébet asszonnyal szemben, minthogy János Kakonya és Senthtrinitas birtokjogát illető perben az idézésre Szent Jakab tizenötödik napján előtte nem jelent meg.
