A garamszentbenedeki konvent jelenti, hogy Szepesi Jakab országbíró utasítására (csak említve!) a Komárom megyei birtokot két részre osztotta és felét Nema-i Kolozs fiának: Jakabnak, másik felét Bana-i János fiának: Lászlónak statuálta.
