(in crastino octavarum Ascensionis, 1379.) A szepesi káptalan jelenti, hogy Lajos királynak Diósgyőrben, 1379. május 27-én kelt és szó szerint átírt utasítására Wytez birtok szomszédait és elsősorban a Waralya-i népeket a Wytez-i erdők és földek használatától eltiltotta.
