A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Ochkou-i Lakch fia János a maga és édestestvére Imre nevében eltiltotta Ochkou-i Kozma fiait: Tamást és Lászlót Ochkouban bírt részeik elidegenítésétől, a királyi jobbágyokat és mindenki mást pedig azok megszerzésétől.
