Vissegrad. in festo Dorothe. (Lajos király) parancsa ..... káptalanhoz, hogy küldje ki hites emberét, akinek jelenlétében a kijelölt királyi emberek: Senen-i Pál, Pozdon-i Péter, Chnur-i Lőrinc s Panala-i Lekus egyike a parancsban leírt hatalmaskodások tárgyában tanúvallatást tartson. Említve vannak Teglas és Hothhaz nevű birtokok, valamint egy equatia. Az oklevélen nagy vízfolt van, szövege ezért egy részében nem olvasható.
