Vissegrad. sedecimo die octavarum Epiphaniarum. Garai Miklós nádor Katha-i János felperes, és Jakab fia: János, János fia: János és László fia: László, valamint az ügyvédje útján képviselt Torna-i Egyed fia: György alperesek között Olmera birtok miatt folyó s már 1361-ben őseik között Kont Miklós nádor előtt indult pert iratok bemutatása céljából Szent György nyolcadára (május 1.) halasztotta.
