Temes megye hatósága jelenti, hogy az Egerzeg-i Benedek, volt bulgár bán kérésére kiküldött megyei ember tanúvallatással megállapította, hogy Mayusfalua-i Mayus fia: János a nevezett Benedek bán Márton nevű kenézének öt lovát hatalmaskodva elvette és a kenézt ütlegelte.
