A szepesi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Vyteez-i Lőrinc felesége, Erzsébet asszony nevében eltiltották Czudar Péter, szlavón bánt és testvéreit az Erzsébet asszony birtokát képező és most teljesen lakatlan s elhagyott Bwyak birtokba történő bevezettetéstől.
