Garai Miklós nádor meghagyja a somogyi konventnek, küldje hites embereit, hogy azok jelenlétében a nádori emberek a Byze-i János fia: János felperes és Berygh-i Domonkos fia: Péter alperes közötti perben az Imre nádor 1374. október 6. és november 25. között kelt s a zalai konventhez intézett (kivonatát lásd a dátum alatt!) parancsában foglalt határjárást, illetve becslést foganatosítsák.
